Azacca IPA

RATING
83

A clean aroma exhibits the kaleidoscopic character of the Azacca hop, with notes of caramelized garlic and onions mingling with dried mango, fresh grass and crystallized pineapple. The sip, however, is more two-sided; apricot, guava and dried garlic appear up front, while bread crust and caramel crest at the swallow. Low but very clean bitterness does its best to balance the bready notes, but the balance still leans toward the malt.
