Second Fiddle

This murky brew is what hopheads love about the new Northeast IPA style: huge hop aromas and flavors with gentle, easy bitterness. Sweaty onion- and-garlic hops dominate the scent, with tangerine and generic citrus in support. The tangerine juice and nectarinelike hop flavors come to the fore on the sip, sliding into a soft, smoothly bitter finish that leaves orange juice notes after the swallow.
