Lucky Day IPA

RATING
95

A thick bread crust- and onion-laden aroma announces this beer’s complexity. On the tongue, firm toasted bread supports a rush of wonderful hop flavor: Onion, garlic and catbox are pungent and zingy, while resinous pine beautifully rounds out the sip. It’s balanced throughout, with a well-timed, clean bitterness that tidies up the palate and lasts well after the beer’s disappeared.
