A robust cornbread aroma fills the nose with inviting grainy sweetness. A grainy, sweet malt flavor cascades down the tongue, while a pleasant toast note pitches the sip into a very clean finish. It doesn’t have the spice or complexity of a big winter beer, but as a refreshing après ski seasonal, it’s an excellent choice.
