Your Daily Pint for Thursday, June 26, 2014 is: CRABTREE OATMEAL STOUT

What it is: a 7.5% ABV oatmeal stout.

What it tastes like: This incredibly creamy stout flows back with rich layers of chocolate, silky grains, hints of berries and a subtle, pleasant roasted malt twang that nips the sides of the tongue. A lasting velvety sweetness hangs on into the finish.

What to pair it with: Ice cream. Pour this can over a bowl of vanilla ice cream and slip away with spoonful-after-spoonful of sweet bliss.

Tart it up: This Crabtree offering is a close second to our favorite beer from the brewery’s lineup: The 94-point, bright and funky Berliner Weisse Ale.

Shoot ‘em up: This Friday, the Colorado brewery’s hosting a paintball target contest at the Pawnee Sportsman Center. Hang out, shoot paintballs at targets, and win prizes (and drink beer!).
