What it is: A 5%-ABV amber brewed with five malts and five hops

What it tastes like: It’s mellow and mild, but still has something to say: Brown-bread malt and floral, grassy hops combine in a soft, sessionable swallow. Tight bitterness cleans up the finish, but doesn’t sap the sip.

Set that DVR: The Brewdog boys are back; the second season of Esquire Network’s “Brew Dogs” returns this Wednesday.
