Southern Prohibition 2014 IPA: A West Coast-style IPA in the heart of Mississippi? Color us surprised! This annual release delivers juicy tangerine and pungent, sticky pine atop a spread of bready-sweet malts. In the back, resiny bitterness takes over, coating the tongue throughout the finish.

Bison Kermit the Hop: It’s not easy being green. Or is it? This Simcoe-spiked double IPA’s packed with delicious green hop flavors, from dewy pine to grass; hints of jasmine and orange accent the sip while a bready malt base supports each bold wash.

Starr Hill King of Hop: If you love fruity cocktails, don’t pass on this limited release. A blend of fruity hops weaves playful pineapple, berries and tangerine through a fluffy, bready malt base, while prickly carbonation and bitterness chase each sip for a satisfyingly dry finish.

Green Flash Green Bullet: Clocking in at 10.1% ABV and more than 100 IBUs, this new release deserves its brewer-applied “triple IPA” status. But despite its big ABV, this one’s way too easy to drink: Juicy orange, mango and grapefruit dominate the swallow, while sweet, bready malts provide just enough support to buoy the impressively non-boozy sip.

Speakeasy Untouchable: Our new favorite beer to drink with a burger, this easy-drinking IPA boasts bready, nutty malts that lift up hop notes ranging from bright orange to leafy greens to subtle scallions.

Destihl Hoperation Overload: Hoperation overload? Mission accomplished. A bright, tropical blend of lemon, strawberry and passion fruit hop tones spreads out over creamy, bready malts; aggressive hop bitterness and alcohol quell the uprising in the back for a long, dry finish.
